FAQs

Q: What are your front office hours and check-in times?
    • A: Our front office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

Q: Can I check in late after the office closes?
    • A: Yes! We happily accommodate late arrivals. If you anticipate arriving after 8:00 PM, please call us in advance at 865-448-2234 so we can arrange your late check-in details.

Q: Are your cabins and motel rooms pet-friendly?
    • A: To preserve a quiet, clean, and peaceful environment for all of our guests on the river, Dock’s On The River maintains a strict no-pets policy across the entire property.  Service dogs with papers are an exception to this rule.

Q: What kitchen amenities are included in the rooms?
    • A: Our Deluxe Rooms and Heritage Cabin feature fully equipped kitchens. Our Efficiency Suite, Poolside Cabins, Riverside Cabins and Hot Tub Cabin include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and essential dishes.  Classic Motel Rooms have a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave.  Our Standard Motel Rooms have a refrigerator and coffee maker.  You can see more detailed info HERE

Q: Is there direct access to the Little River from the property?
  • A: Yes! All guests enjoy private, direct access to the river right from our backyard lawn, making our property a premier spot for trout fly fishing, wading, or simply relaxing by the water.

Q: Do you allow smoking in the rooms?

  • A: No.  All rooms and cabins are non-smoking.  We request that you step away from your room and use the shaded lounge area near the butterfly garden if you would like to smoke, to protect our non-smoking guests from second-hand smoke and smell.
