By finalizing this online reservation with Dock’s Motel, you agree to read and comply with all property rules, including those given at check-in, posted on the premises, or communicated by Dock’s Motel management and staff.
Booking & Extra Person Fees:
Base rates are calculated for up to 2 guests. Additional guests are welcome up to the strict maximum occupancy threshold of your specific unit type for an extra charge of $5 per person, per night.
Adults-Only Unit Policy:
You acknowledge and agree that our designated Riverside King and Signature Hot Tub cabins are strictly Adults-Only (Ages 18+). No children under the age of 18 are permitted to occupy or stay in these specific units at any time.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Please understand we are a small family-owned business. No shows and cancellations have a major effect on our business. Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $30 administrative processing fee. Cancellations made between 13 days and 48 hours prior to arrival will forfeit the first night’s room stay plus applicable lodging taxes. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, or guest no-shows, are strictly non-refundable unless the room can be rented again. We will make every effort to work with you to re-rent the room.
Liability & Indemnification:
Dock’s Motel is privately owned. The motel guest accepts motel privileges with the understanding that he/she/they does hereby release Dock’s Motel, its officers, and employees of all liability for loss and damage to property or injury to his/her/their person arising out of his/her/their use of its motel facilities. The guest agrees to indemnify Dock’s Motel, its officers, and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered motel guest arising out of the use of its motel facilities.
Media Release:
Entrance to the motel grounds constitutes permission for the management of this motel to photograph or film individuals while on the premises and to use any resulting media for lawful promotional or marketing purposes without financial compensation to the individual.
